Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.

Having not practiced alot this week, I decided to put my name down for the weekly competition, to try and regain some form again under pressure. I turned up on the Saturday morning an hour before my 11am start abit aprehensive, about how im going to tackle the course. I hit some balls to warm up, and as I predicted the balls wernt travilling in the direction, I was intending. That made me very weary to tee it up in the competition, with my handicap on the line. However I forgot all about the negative thoughts and just tried to use my skill and experience to get the ball around the course. So i set out to just play very safe and easy, well within myself. Much to my amase I turned in level and the back half -2. Hitting 17 greens in regulation. It was the most consistant performance of my golfing career with my 2 bogeys coming from a 3 putt, and a very tough par 4. I was very pleased as its the first time I have ever gone back to back under par. 🙂

Saturday Morning. I teed it up early at 8.00am at Rockliffe Hall. For the weekly club competiton. Having recently hitting some form, I was quitley confident about playing this round of golf. As imagined I was hitting the ball in the right spots on the golf, course hitting 15 greens in regulation. Which I would class as a good course management round. I made 4 birdies on the round, and making a 2 on a par 3 which got me 15 pounds. Unfortunatly I had 3 bogeys on the round to add. However I feel it was a solid round on the course. Firing a -1 under par 71. Which was the lowest gross of the day. Me, with scorecard and putter
